Our new service promise

FreshGround are all about making your life as easy and simple as possible. We know that when your machine goes down, morale does too. Nothing is more annoying than getting to the coffee machine and finding it’s not working for whatever reason.


As a business committed to ongoing efficiencies, we now promise to have our engineers attend fatal callouts (when your machine is not working) within 4 hours in the London area*. For our valued customers outside this region our promise is next day, at the very latest.

These SLA’s will come into effect as of 1st April 2017, and contracts will be updated in due course. Speak to your account manager if you require any further information.
