Caramel Wafer Oat Latte - recipe video

There’s nothing quite like this caramel wafer oat latte. It’s so sweet and perfect for a warm afternoon!

It’s a doddle to make at home or in the office! Simply add ice to a mug, a glug of caramel syrup, then dispense one or two shots (personal choice) of espresso over the top and top up with oat milk. Whisk some more oat milk on the side until it’s foamy, and then pour this over the top of your drink. Finish with a garnish of caramel wafer biscuits on top, and you’ll have the most delicious drink in the office.
