Do I need to be a pre existing customer to book a service?

No, you do not need to be an existing customer to receive our service and support. If you have a La Cimbali coffee machine in your office that is also part of our range, we’re ready to help.

How often does my La CImbali coffee machine need servicing?

Machines need a filter change every 6 months, depending on your service plan, we will either send you the part and a video tutorial (it’s very easy) or one of our engineers will come and do this for you. A full service is recommended once a year, which is included in the ‘Complete Care’ package.

How do I report a fault?

You can report any fault and request servicing using our service form. We also have a wealth of resources on basic maintenance and cleaning, including manufacturer manuals and videos.

How much does it cost?

For rental customers, maintenance will be included in the weekly cost. To purchase a Complete Care plan separately for a Cimbali S15, this will cost £23.75 per week. Should your machine be over five years old, we’ll charge a flat fee of £225 for an initial service visit and assessment before placing it on a maintenance contract.

How long will I have to wait?

For FreshGround machines, we operate on a 60/16 system, where we aim to reply to your service request within 60 minutes, and we aim to have your machine back up and running within 16 working hours. For external machines, it’s a little bit longer as we will have to set up an account for you.
