£10 = 1 point; £1000 = 100 points; 100 points = £10 Gift Card to spend or use as a charitable donation.

Where can I view my CoffeeClub Points?
Every purchase you make from the FreshGround web store shows how many CoffeeClub Points you’ve earned. You can view your total amount under ‘My Account’ – ‘CoffeeClub Points’.
When using your points to purchase your Gift Card or make a charitable donation. You will also see your tally (and the amount used) when checking out from your Shopping Basket.

How can I earn CoffeeClub Points?
You’ll earn CoffeeClub Points with every purchase of coffee and consumables from the FreshGround website.
Where can I view my CoffeeClub Points?
You can view your total amount under ‘My Account’ – ‘CoffeeClub Points’.
Where can I spend my CoffeeClub Points?
Go to the CoffeeClub Rewards section to spend your points on Gift Cards or as donations to charity.
Can I spend more than £10 on a Gift Card or charity donation?
Yes. You can buy multiple Gift Cards and charity donations for £10 each in the CoffeeClub Rewards section.
The Gift Cards will be emailed to you as a digital code. You can then combine the value when you Select Your Gift Card from our third party supplier. There is a limit of £100 in Gift Cards that can be claimed in any one transaction.
Larger charitable donations can be made in the CoffeeClub Rewards section by adding the quantity of £10 donations.
CoffeeClub Points: Terms & Conditions
- CoffeeClub Points have no cash value and can only be used as a Gift Card or charitable donation, based on the selection available at time of redemption.
- Gift Cards are provided by a third party service and the selection is liable to change at their discretion.
- Gift Cards can only be claimed in £10 increments. There is a limit of £100 in Gift Cards that can be claimed in any one transaction. These can combine to create a larger Gift Card sum, available to spend when you select your reward from our third party supplier.
- Any issues with redeemed Gift Cards are the responsibility of the specified retailer, and are not the responsibility of FreshGround.
- Charitable donations are processed by Virtue Impact. 100% of your donation amount goes to your charity of choice – any processing charges are settled by us, outside of your donation.
- FreshGround reserves the right to alter CoffeeClub Point values, and the associated reward redemption values, at any time without prior notice.
- FreshGround reserves the right to amend, withdraw and alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
