Machine recalibration

Callouts that are deemed to be the result of user negligence are chargeable on both service plans. A call-out fee of £225 is inclusive of the first hour, followed by £50 per 15 min increments thereafter.
There are certain parts that we do not include in service plans. Anything that is cosmetic, or a core component, such as the compressor or internal circuitry, is not covered in our plans. Replacing these items is major repair work, and not part of a routine service.

How often should I have a Borg & Overström tap service?
We would suggest that you service your Borg & Overström tap at least once per year, by an engineer who is familiar with Borg & Overström systems.
I am not an existing FreshGround customer, can I still book a repair or service?

How do I report a fault with my Borg & Overström tap?

How often should I change the filter in a Borg & Overström tap?
It’s recommended that you change the water tap filter every 6 months. Customers on a FreshGround service plan will automatically receive filters when it’s time to change them over. Your Borg & Overström tap filter may need changing more or less often, depending on the size of your office.
Can you move our existing Borg & Overström tap to our new office?
Yes, we will be more then happy to relocate your existing Borg & Overström tap to your new work premises.
