Need to have a machine serviced by the FreshGround team? Our engineers are on hand and this is your ticket. We strongly advise that you contact us on service@freshground.co.uk before purchasing this item, just to ensure our engineers can work on your equipment.
In summary this service includes labour, wear and tear parts, and machine filters if needed, all in a one-off cost. It excludes core components like circuit boards, boilers, and compressors. Price is per machine, so order multiple times if you have several units to be serviced.
After purchasing, please email service@freshground.co.uk with your order ID to arrange details of your site visit. Thank you.
Next working day courier delivery rate of £10.95 as standard on all orders, or where nominated.
Orders must be placed by 3pm for delivery next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed as the following day.
