Biscoff iced latte recipe

This easy recipe can be whipped up at work or at home, whether you want to impress your colleagues or treat yourself. We’ve infused this recipe with that classic caramelised flavour for a sweet and spiced pick-me-up. You will need a glass of your choice, a straw, a milk frother, and a method of procuring delicious espresso. Ingredients:
Ice, Biscoff spread, milk, double espresso, caramel sauce and a lotus biscuit for garnish.
Method:
- Using the back of a spoon, smear Lotus Biscoff spread around the inside of your glass.
- Add your ice.
- Top up with your choice of milk.
- Extract your espresso and whisk in a squeeze of caramel.
- Next, make your milk foam, tips on how to do this below.
- Stir a small teaspoon of Biscoff spread into your foamed milk and pour over the top.
- Garnish with a lotus biscuit. Enjoy.

When making foamed milk for your iced coffees, there are a few ways you can go about it. Some coffee machines can create freshly foamed milk at the touch of a button, if you don’t have this sort of coffee experience at work, microwave a shot of milk for 20 seconds and froth it.
