Iced Candy Floss Latte Coffee Recipe

Try a flavour from the fairground with our iced candy floss latte! Just try not to eat all of the candy floss before you make the drink (we had to buy a second bucket after the sales team got into the first!)

It’s super quick and easy to make, both in the office and at home. Simply fill a glass with ice and then add your milk. Place a generous handful of candy floss over the drink, so it rests on the top of your glass. Pour a double espresso over the flossy cloud and it will dissolve into your drink to make this super sweet creation. Garnish with additional candy floss as required.
