Cinnamon cereal iced latte recipe

Lily Hedley | April 3, 2025

Cinnamon + coffee = the perfect combo. This easy cinnamon cereal iced latte recipe is perfect whether you’re looking to impress your colleagues or treat yourself. We’ve combined iced coffee with one of the best cereals (in our opinion). Equipment-wise you’ll need a glass, a milk frother, and a way to brew a delicious shot of espresso. If you’re stuck with just instant coffee at work, don’t worry. We offer a range of premium bean-to-cup coffee machines. Just ask your facilities manager about FreshGround!

Ingredients:

Ice, cinnamon cereal, milk, double espresso, cinnamon. Optionally, whipping cream.

Method:

  1. Start by having a bowl of cinnamon cereal! Save the milk.
  2. Add your ice to a glass.
  3. Top up with your cereal milk.
  4. Make your milk foam by whisking cinnamon into microwaved milk. Froth it until light and fluffy.
  5. (Optional) Or, you can make your cold foam by using whipping cream instead of warm milk for a more luxurious cold foam.
  6. Pour your cinnamon foam on top of your iced coffee.
  7. Top with more cinnamon cereal. Slurp.
Top tip for luxurious cold-foam:

There are coffee machines on the market that make freshly foamed milk at the touch of a button. If you dont have one of those and want to make your iced coffee special, use whipping cream and a coffee frother to make your cold foam. Its super indulgent!
