Cucumber mint bubble sparkling water recipe

Anthony | July 8, 2025

Looking for the ultimate summer refresher? Then we suggest a cucumber mint bubble. It’s a cinch to make in the workplace, especially if you have a sparkling water tap at the ready. Just follow the recipe below and you’ll be enjoying this crisp, thirst-quenching treat in no time at all. And don’t forget to re-order CO2 if you already have a sparkling water dispenser!

Ingredients:

Lemon, mint, cucumber, ice, sparkling water.

Method:

  1. Slice your lemons into wedges, cut your cucumber into pieces (we like using a vegetable peeler to get ribbons) and tear up your mint.
  2. Add your torn mint to the bottom of the glass.
  3. Build your drink by layering ice into your glass, adding in your pieces of lemon and cucumber as you go.
  4. Once your glass is full of ice and fruit, top it up with sparkling water and garnish as you like.

Feeling experimental?

It may sound obvious, but you can make a drink like this using almost any combination of diced fruit! Sliced strawberries are a fantastic swap out, or just the classic lemon and lime can really enhance a glass of fizzy water.
