Cucumber mint bubble sparkling water recipe
Anthony | July 8, 2025

Looking for the ultimate summer refresher? Then we suggest a cucumber mint bubble. It’s a cinch to make in the workplace, especially if you have a sparkling water tap at the ready. Just follow the recipe below and you’ll be enjoying this crisp, thirst-quenching treat in no time at all. And don’t forget to re-order CO2 if you already have a sparkling water dispenser!
Ingredients:
Lemon, mint, cucumber, ice, sparkling water.
Method:
- Slice your lemons into wedges, cut your cucumber into pieces (we like using a vegetable peeler to get ribbons) and tear up your mint.
- Add your torn mint to the bottom of the glass.
- Build your drink by layering ice into your glass, adding in your pieces of lemon and cucumber as you go.
- Once your glass is full of ice and fruit, top it up with sparkling water and garnish as you like.
Feeling experimental?
It may sound obvious, but you can make a drink like this using almost any combination of diced fruit! Sliced strawberries are a fantastic swap out, or just the classic lemon and lime can really enhance a glass of fizzy water.
