Mont blanc iced coffee recipe
Anthony | May 22, 2025
With the warmer weather here, now’s the time to break out the iced coffees! And we’ve got a delicious and zesty one for you today, an orange cream mont blanc iced latté. This is a sweet one (especially if you add lashings of honey), so definitely one to add to your treats list. We used an Egro Next for our espresso, but any good quality bean to cup coffee machine will do the trick.
Ingredients:
Double espresso, honey, double cream, an orange (to zest and juice), cinnamon, nutmeg.
Method:
- Dispense a double espresso into a cup.
- Add a generous squirt of honey (to taste) to the coffee.
- Pour the double cream into a separate glass until it is a quarter full.
- Add more honey, orange zest and a squeeze of orange juice to the cream.
- Whisk the cream until foamy.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the espresso honey mix over the top.
- Pour the orange cream over the ice and coffee.
- Garnish with more orange zest and a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg.
